Open Gym
Women-Only Open Gym is available during specified times at the Athletic Centre (55 Harbord St., Toronto) Strength & Conditioning Centre (SCC).
- Women-Only Open Gym offers the chance for women to work out safely and comfortably.
- Only women staff will be in attendance.

Lane Swimming
Women-Only Lane Swimming is available during specified times in the Athletic Centre, Benson (25yd) Pool.
- Windows and doors are completely covered.
- Only women staff members are on deck.
- An enclosed shower space is available immediately outside the pool.
- Women can change into bathing attire in accessible, private washrooms, adjacent to the pool deck so that they do not need to go through public spaces in bathing attire.

Swim to Survive
Women-Only Swim to Survive is available during specified times in the Athletic Centre, Benson (25yd) Pool.
- Learn the minimum skills needed to survive an unexpected fall into deep water, an important first step to being safe around water.

Stick N' Puck
Women-Only Stick n' Puck is available during specified times at Varsity Centre Arena (299 Bloor St. W).
- Skate rentals and helmets are available for loan during Stick 'n Puck times for a fee of $3.00 +HST for U of T students and $5.00 + HST for non-U of T Students. Skate sharpening is available for a fee $5.00 + HST for UofT students and $8.00+HST for non-UofT students.
- Participants must wear a CSA-approved helmet and bring their own stick.

Field Sports
Women-Only Field Sports are available during specified times at Varsity Centre Arena (299 Bloor St. W).
- Come out for a variety of fun field sports with our Physical Activity Facilitators. Sports will be determined on-site and range from drop-in soccer, Ultimate Frisbee, etc.
