Check out all the equipment in our world-class Strength and Conditioning Centres in the Athletic Centre or Goldring Centre as well as our NEW Weightlifting Zone at the Athletic Centre!

Students: Current students paying incidental fees can access this programming at no additional cost.
Members: Anyone who has a current one- or four-month membership.

Athletic Centre SCC (Main Floor)
Our newly transformed SCC is waiting for you!
Jump on your choice of cardio equipment, or enjoy the use of resistance machines, turf, squat racks, and free weights. Everything is located in the Strength & Conditioning Centre on the first floor at the Athletic Centre on the southeast corner of Spadina and Harbord.
Please enter the Athletic Centre facility from the Classic Avenue entrance.
Athletic Centre Field House (3rd Floor)
Use squat racks or enjoy this a self-guided, full body resistance circuit equipped with eight resistance machines plus extra space to add in your favorite body weight exercises.
All equipment machines are located around the periphery of the Field House courts at the Athletic Centre. There is also an indoor track for use during the Field House hours of operation - with some exceptions. Make sure you check the available times below, and on-site signage when you arrive. Watch out for runners on the track!
Athletic Centre Weightlifting Zone - NEW! (Main floor, through the SCC)
Ready to lift heavy? Come by our brand new Weightlifting Zone and check out all the equipment and options for a weightlifting focused workout.
Women-only hours offer the chance for women to work out safely and comfortably. Only female staff will be in attendance and windows will be covered.

**Sections of the AC SCC will be blocked off between Nov 21 to Dec 16 for renovations. The space will still be open for use.

Sun, Mon & Wed: 12–1 p.m.
Mon–Fri: 7 a.m.– 11 p.m.
Sat–Sun: 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
Indoor Track is not available for use during:
Mon, Wed, Fri: 7-10 a.m.
Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs: 6-9 p.m.
Thurs: 1-4 p.m.
Fri: 3-4 p.m., 5-8 p.m.
Sat: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Mon - Fri: 7 a.m. - 9 p.m.
**Closed Mon/Wed from 7-8:15pm and Wed 4:15-5:45pm for programming

Open Gym Hours: Goldring Centre SCC
The Goldring Centre is the most eye-catching athletic facility on campus. You can’t miss the glass and steel modern architecture of the centre, nestled into the gladed southwest corner of Devonshire and Bloor.
Jump on your choice of cardio equipment, or enjoy the use of resistance machines, turf, squat racks, and free weights. This sessions takes place at the Strength & Conditioning Centre at the Goldring Centre on Tiers 1-3.

Participants are asked to wear comfortable and appropriate attire and footwear that's suitable for fitness and gym activities.
