This program requires an IMPACT Training Pass and registration to participate. Purchase an IMPACT Training pass and register in advance to reserve your time slot. Program returns in Fall 2022!

Eligibility

Students: Fall 2022 students paying incidental fees can access this programming by purchasing an IMPACT Training Pass. 

Members: Anyone who has a Fall 2022 one- or four-month membership can access this programming by purchasing an IMPACT Training Pass.


Schedule & Current Programming

Get stronger, move better and enhance your performance with IMPACT Training. Come train in a team environment and get your sweat on! With the IMPACT Training Pass, you will get access to all IMPACT sessions!

  • Seven sessions a week at the Athletic Centre Field House Periphery and SCC
  • 12:1 participants-to-coach ratio

Women-only IMPACT sessions offer the chance for women to work out safely and comfortably. Only female staff will be coaching these sessions.

  • 2 sessions a week at the Athletic Centre SCC
  • 12:1 participants-to-coach ratio

Participants are asked to wear comfortable and appropriate attire and footwear that’s suitable for fitness and gym activities.
