Upcoming Schedule AdjustmentsMeet your Cardio Dance Party Instructors

Steven C: Steven has over a decade of experience in many dance styles and formats, including hip-hop, street jazz, salsa, and more, but it was not until he started Latin partner dancing that he fell in love with the social nature of dance. When you come to Steven's class, you will get the traditional high energy follow-along dance experience AND some interactive and engaging dance routines to complete your party experience. Building a welcoming community is very important to Steven - he understands that dancing with a group of strangers can be intimidating so he will always try his best to create a space where people can get to know each other and make new friends. Steven is also well connected with the dance community on campus and is happy to be a resource/connector for any students interested in more organized dance opportunities on campus.

Natasha V: Natasha is a medical student with a passion for promoting health and wellness through dance for the community! This is Natasha's fifth year teaching Zumba and Cardio Dance Party!

Danielle M: Danielle's priority is to make moving your body a fun and encouraging experience! She aims for you to leave her classes feeling empowered and strong, all while exercising at a pace that works for you. Joyful movement is at the heart of Danielle's class philosophy and she is here to make sure cardio is not something you dread. Bringing years of experience at U of T, coupled with a Masters of Education, Danielle customizes classes to meet the unique learning needs of her students.
