Snatch, Clean, Jerk! Learn, develop or fine-tune your lifting technique as you build the strength to move barbells like a champion. This 6-week program offers 2 training sessions per week and will leave you feeling strong and confident in the gym. If you've always wanted to use barbells and want to feel like a star doing it, Olympic lifting with the Fitness & Performance team is for you. We'll see you in the Weightlifting Zone! 

NOTE: 

  • Starts the week of September 26, 2022!
  • Program Capacity: Maximum of 20 participants per session

SIGN-UP REQUIRED

This program requires registration to participate, please register to your slot. 

Participants may register for the 6-week session offered this term. To get the most out of this program, participants are required to attend all 12 sessions as each week builds on the previous session.

Eligibility:

Students: Current students paying incidental fees can access this programming for an additional fee. 

Members: Anyone who has a current Sport and Rec membership may access this programming for an additional fee.
