When it comes to building your confidence, this 8-week non-contact boxing course packs a serious punch. Learn boxing technique remixed with Fitness & Performance Training to feel strong, empowered, and motivated, week after week. Join former boxing Champion and mindset coach, Yvette Raposo, to master the basics of boxing and weight training. All equipment is provided. No experience necessary.

NOTE: 

  • Starts the week of July 4th, 2022!
  • Program Capacity: Maximum of 16 participants per session

SIGN-UP REQUIRED

This program requires registration to participate, please register to your slot. 

Participants may register for the 6-week session offered this term. To get the most out of this program, participants are required to attend all 6 sessions as each week builds on the previous session.

Eligibility:

Students: Summer 2022 students paying incidental fees can access this programming for an additional fee. 

Members who have a current Sport and Rec membership may access this programming for an additional fee.
