What is BIG HIIT & Studio HIIT?

It's interval training, but…BIGGER! This full body large group circuit class will have you feeling stronger, more confident, energized and happy!

HIIT stands for high intensity interval training. It's all about challenging yourself for short intervals, with recovery periods in between. Join our Big HIIT workouts and get a full body boot camp-style circuit class that will have you feeling stronger and energized for the week!

With the Big HIIT Pass you have unlimited access to all Big HIIT scheduled classes from Monday to Saturday!

Equipment & What to Wear

Participants are asked to wear comfortable and appropriate attire and footwear that's suitable for fitness and gym activities. All equipment will be provided for the workout. 


Eligibility & Pricing:

PASS AVAILABLE IN FALL 2023!

Students: U of T students paying incidental fees for the current term can access this program for an additional fee. 

Members: Anyone who has a current Sport & Rec membership can access this programming for an additional fee.
