Enjoy a group fitness workout in the water! This is a low impact class including cardio, core and strength conditioning exercises, in deep or shallow water; flotation belts provided.

Varsity Pool

Springboard diving is available on one 1m springboard and one 3m springboard during specified diving times.

Participants must be comfortable submerging in deep water and may be required to complete the deep end swim test.

Leisure drop-in skating for skaters of all abilities.

Figure Skating is for recreational figure skaters who wish to practice individual skating skills, freestyle and stroking elements.

Offered at the Athletic Centre SCC and indicated by women-only on the right hand side of the schedule. Staffed by women and the space is private. Co-ed strength and conditioning is available in the field house and at Goldring during these times.

Stick 'n' Puck Women-Only Friday, Feb. 14, 2020

Stick 'n Puck: Beginners can practice using a hockey stick and puck on the ice. Sticks are not provided. Organized games or practices will not be permitted.

Women-only Stick 'n Puck is open to female students and members to improve their stick handling skills. Friendly staff is on-site to answer questions and provide instruction.
