Do you even Lift?

Take part in a study that includes 3 lifting variations. 

Eligible Participants Are:

  • 18-29 years of age
  • Free from low back and/or lower extremity injury causing pain or dysfunction during daily tasks. 

Participants are Asked to:

  • Perform 45 lifting repetitions with a loaded barbell (9 kg for females; 10 kg for males).
  • Wear reflective makers on your skin while performing the lifting tasks.
  • Clothing requirements: MALES: shirtless and wearing spandex bottoms. FEMALES: sports brassiere and spandex bottoms.
