Ex/Cancer: The Benefits of Exercise After a Cancer Diagnosis” was held in April 2017 at the Isabel Bader Theatre and was the tenth installment of the Faculty’s public research symposia. Leading experts from the Faculty discussed the benefits of physical activity – offering evidence-based strategies to start and stick with manageable exercise programs.

Gareth Wheeler, Canadian sports broadcaster, former soccer player, and cancer survivor and advocate led the event. Other featured experts included:
