Golf Level I

Program Description and Registration

 

Take your golf game to the next level this winter in the comfort of the Varsity Centre Dome. This five-class indoor program is designed to help participants develop and refine the fundamental techniques of the game, regardless of skill level.

Each week focuses on a different aspect of golf to ensure a well-rounded understanding of the sport. Participants will receive hands-on instruction and individualized feedback to improve their performance in a supportive learning environment. Throughout the program, participants will work on the mechanics of the full swing, chip shot, and putt. In addition to developing strong technical skills, the program will introduce key rules of the game and basic scoring methods, laying a solid foundation for recreational play.

Whether you're new to golf or looking to brush up on your skills during the off-season, this structured five-week program will prepare you for the course come spring

Golf Level II

 

Program Description and Registration

 

  • Golf Level II is focused on helping to improve your swing
  • Advanced swing theory and the fine points of ball control will be taught
  • A CGA pros who coaches the Varsity Blues will help you to improve your swing mechanics
  • Prerequisite: Golf Level I, or a regular player with an average score under 100

What To Wear

 

  • Participants are asked to wear comfortable an appropriate athletic attire in all registered activities 
  • Athletic shoes with non-marking soles are required in activity areas
