Group Fitness Classes

Please note: There will be no group fitness classes between April 27th and May 10th, classes will resume Monday, May 11th. 

  1. Available to all members, U of T staff, and students. Drop-in classes are a first come first serve basis.

  2. Please arrive 10 minutes early to guarantee a spot. If late, please consider safety and other participants experience - enter the room with minimal disruption.

  3. Classes are designed for all levels but we encourage you to modify the class to how you’re feeling. Please inquire with your instructor before the class starts if you have any concerns.

  4. Wear the right clothing and footwear – some classes need athletic shoes, others footwear is optional. Please no bags/jackets in the spaces.

Mindful Moments Yoga

Here you can move at your own pace and develop a practice that works for you. Beginners are always welcome, and listening to your body is encouraged as you build skills and life‑long healthy habits.
