Open Gym Update: Starting on Monday, November 22, 2021, Open Gym workouts will no longer require time slot registrations or have any time limits. We will still be monitoring capacity and managing flow to ensure safety for everyone. Please note that in the event that the capacity limits are reached, participants may be required to wait to access the program.

U of T Sport & Rec welcomes the recent news from provincial officials regarding the lifting of COVID-19- related restrictions and look forward with anticipation to being able to allow more students and community members back into our spaces. At this time, we are working closely with University administration and campus partners to review Fall plans in light of the evolving public health situation and the province’s announcement. Please continue to check our website for the latest COVID-19 updates.

  • U of T students and Sport & Rec members registered for official Sport & Rec activities may access our facilities.
  • Vaccination, pre-screening and registration for your program time slot (including drop-in activities) are all required to access our programs and for entry into our facilities. 
  • Important note re: Locker Access: In order to manage safe capacity limits, lockers can only be accessed during your scheduled program time slot.
    • The use of day lockers will be available to all registered program participants. Please check with the facility for the latest information on day locker access. 
    • Locker rentals are available for purchase in-person at the Athletic Centre and the Goldring Centre. Check our Membership plans page for more information about prices and terms. 
DID YOU KNOW? If you’re a registered student who is paying ancillary fees, you already have access to many of Sport & Rec facilities, programs and services - just show your Tcard and register online with your UTORid!

Women's Only @ AC:

Sun, Mon & Wed: 12–1 p.m.
