Junior Blues Competitive Program

Ages 5–18 years

This program provides advanced training to children who have the skills, attitude and interest to thrive in a competitive program. The gymnasts in this program train two to four days a week, depending on their age and skill level. 

 

Junior Blues Gymnastics Caregiver & Tots

Ages 18 months - 3.5 years

Children will learn to run, jump, swing and explore physical activity while having fun. One caregiver per child is required. 

Junior Blues Gymnastics Coach in Training

The Coach in Training program introduces young teens to the various aspects of coaching gymnastics, and prepares them for entry into the National Coaching Certification Program. 

Junior Blues Gymnastics Enhanced

Ages 7 - 12

This 10-month program offers gymnasts the opportunity to spend extra time refining their gymnastics skills. Participants should be at a minimum of Level 6 in the CANGYM program. 

Junior Blues Gymnastics Kids

Ages 6 - 12

Kids will develop skills in gymnastics using the CANGYM program.

 

Junior Blues Gymnastics Preschool

Age 3
Ages 4 - 5

The dominant movement patterns of gymnastics are introduced. Parents cannot remain in the gym while programs are running. 

 

Junior Blues Gymnastics Private & Semi-Private Lessons

Limited times are available for private gymnastics lessons on weekdays only.

Junior Blues Gymnastics Super Tumblers

This program is for children ages 4–6 who have been invited to join by their coaches.

Junior Blues Gymnastics Teens

Ages 12+

This weekday program concentrates on the goals and interests of each individual with goal-setting and supportive coaching. All levels are welcome!

March Break - Gymnastics

Ages 6 TO 12

Boys and girls, ages 6-12, work with NCCP-certified coaches to develop their gymnastics abilities, build self confidence and have fun in a supportive environment.

Summer Camp - Gymnastics

Gymnastics Preschool,
AGES 4 TO 5
Full day, one-week camp

Gymnastics Kids,
AGES 6 TO 12
Full day, one-week camp

Gymnastics develops strength, flexibility, balance, motor skills and muscle tone, while creating a strong foundation for future activities. Campers will develop gymnastics skills appropriate to their skill level.
