Junior Blues - Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about registering for a Junior Blues Program

How do I register for Junior Blues programs?

Registration can be done online, by fax or in-person. Please ensure you have read the FAQs, policies and informed consent prior to registering. Remember, only the parent or guardian of the child can complete the informed consent and register them for programs. In order to keep your personal information secure please do not send any registration forms by email.

More information, including the registration form is available here.

Do I need an account to register?

If you have registered for any Junior Blues or Camp U of T previously you already have a family account set up. Please use the "forgot my account feature" online and the account number and PIN will be emailed to you. Please do not create a new account as it can make tracking registrations and receipts very difficult.

If you have never registered for any programs previously you will be required to create an account online with your first registration. Please ensure that you add the PARENT/GUARDIAN to the account as well as the child being registered. You can add as many individuals as you like to account. For privacy reasons we can only share information with people on the account. Please ensure you have added all parents and any other people (grandparents, caregivers etc.) with whom we may share information.

If you would like to set up an account prior to the start of registration you must visit the main office at the Athletic Centre.

What should I do if I’m having trouble registering online?

Contact the main office at 416-978-3436 ext. 0 for any registration questions.

Questions about spaces available and waitlists

How can I find out if there is space in a program?

Spaces remaining in a program can be seen on the online registration system. Please note that spaces available may change quickly.

How can I waitlist my child for a program that is sold out?

If your preferred Junior Blues program is sold out and you are interested in registering for a different program or date and want to remain on the waitlist you must register in the following order:

1. Complete all Junior Blues registrations
2. Return to sold out program and waitlist your child.

If this order is not followed (i.e. waitlisting first and then registering in another program) the system REMOVES your child from the waitlist.
If you are adding your child to a waitlist online you MUST checkout in order to complete the transaction. You will receive a waitlist confirmation email. If you do not receive a waitlist confirmation email please contact the main office for assistance

I’m on a waitlist – will I be notified if a space is available?

A child can be added to the waitlist online or in person at the Athletic Centre. If space becomes available you will be notified by email and have two business days to complete the registration in person or, if paying with a credit card, by phone.

I've been offered a waitlisted spot or can't attend the program, can I transfer the course to a friend?

No, registrations and waitlisted spaces are non-transferable.
