University of Toronto Students

Physician Services
Most medical services for Canadians are covered by provincial medical plans. International students receive coverage through the University Health Insurance Plan (UHIP) and other University of Toronto students are covered under university plans such as ETFS. The clinic accepts these plans directly depending on the period of coverage.

All students who have Quebec medical coverage must complete a Quebec reimbursement form for each visit to the sport physician.

You must present your valid health card or UHIP card each time you visit a sport physician. If your health card is rejected for any reason you will be responsible for the cost of the visit and payment is due immediately.

Therapy Services (Fee Increase May 1, 2023)
U of T students must be assessed and referred to therapy by one of our sport physicians. Currently registered U of T students who have paid their athletics incidental fees, and therefore have access to the Athletic Centre, are eligible for student access to our clinic for rehabilitation therapy. An annual (May 1 – April 30) $90 administrative charge applies. This fee must be paid at the time of the initial therapy visit.

Concussion Services
You may be referred to our Kinesiologist by one of our sport physicians.  Functional concussion assessments are $150, and follow up assessments are $100.

Prices are subject to change.
