MARCH BREAK PARTICIPANT INFORMATION PACKAGE

Important Information

We recommend reviewing the Camp U of T policies prior to registering to ensure you are aware of refund policies, age and grade policies and discounts available.

MINI ADVENTURE CAMP
We strongly recommend that all campers in Mini Adventure camp during March break be registered in a full day kindergarten program. March break days can be long and, like at school, campers are expected to be able to dress themself in winter clothes for outdoor play with minimal assistance. We find that children who are not currently in school can find the March break camps overwhelming with the weather and transitions. Campers preparing for kindergarten programs who are four years old by day one of camp are welcome in the summer months and have a much more enjoyable experience.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITY
All camps participate in an outdoor activity each day at lunch time; weather permitting. Please ensure that your child brings clothing appropriate to the weather.

EXTENDED CARE
Pre-camp supervision from 8 - 9 a.m., and post-camp supervision from 4 - 5 p.m., are included with every camp registration. Campers who are not registered in the extended care program must be picked up by 5 pm. Extended care from 5 - 6 pm is available for a fee of $28+HST/week. Campers registered in the extended care program will be picked up at 4:30 p.m. from their specific camp and taken to a designated area. Please ensure that you register at the correct location – Goldring Centre for High Performance Sport extended care, Varsity Centre extended care or Athletic Centre extended care.

INFORMATION PACKAGE
A detailed information package will be emailed and available online in mid-February of each year. Please review this information prior to coming to camp.
