Our experienced coaches use exercise science research to design the workout you need so you get the results you want. Combined with the energy of a group workout, you'll have fun and train hard, all at an incredibly affordable price.


Big HIIT

New to HIIT? Here's what's up: HIIT = high intensity interval training and it's all about going as hard as you can for short intervals, with recovery periods in between.

Our Big HIIT program features flexible start times and durations, so you can fit HIIT into your schedule with ease whether you want to kickstart your morning or get a midday boost.

This full body boot camp-style circuit class will have you feeling stronger, more confident, energized and happy—a recipe to have you coming back for more! 

A term membership gets you unlimited HIIT classes from February 3 to May 2, 2020.

Squad Training

Whether your goals are related to performance for sport or performance for life, squad training is for you! Squad training combines detailed programming with a personalized coaching experience and the camaraderie of a team. And with a limit of 12 people per squad, each member will get the individual attention they need to achieve their goals. 

Sign up with a friend or make some new ones as you sweat it out together, week after week. Everyone in your squad will learn at their own pace, with exercises modified to match different ability levels.

With co-ed and women-only options, squads are where everyone moves better, together. 

A term membership runs from January 6 - May 2, 2020. You'll train with your squad up to three times a week, giving your body time to recover and adapt.

*For each friend who registers for squad training and lists you as the referrer during registration, you will get a 10% rebate on the purchase price of your squad training package.

Participants in the referral program can earn a maximum of 20% off through referrals. Additional referrals will not be awarded any subsequent rebates. 

For a referral to be valid, the referee must not have previously registered for squad training (includes women-only squad training).
The referral program operates per term. Rebates will appear as a refund to the original method of payment within 60 days of the referee's successful registration.
