Healthy adolescent females, 10-14 years of age, actively participating in competitive sports for protein requirements study

The Faculty of Kinesiology and Physical Education at the University of Toronto is conducting a study to determine the effects of protein ingestion prior to sleep on acute exercise adaptation and recovery.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

  • We are looking for recreationally active males between the ages of 18-30.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • $100 financial compensation
  • Body composition analysis via BOD POD
  • Predicted VO2 max

WHAT'S REQUIRED OF YOU?

  • 9 visits to the lovate/Muscletech Metabolism and Sports Science Lab at the Goldring Center for High Performance Sport
  • Approximately 15h of lab time commitment
  • 3 day self-recorded dietary/activity log
