Please note that as of March 12, the University has recommended the cancellation of discretionary non-academic events. This is due to safety precautions in light of COVID-19.
 
As a result, our weekly HIIT takeover events are cancelled indefinitely. We will post an update when these programs resume. 
 
All other group fitness and training sessions will continue as scheduled.

It's interval training, but…BIGGER! This full body boot camp-style circuit class will have you feeling stronger, more confident, energized and happy. A recipe to have you coming back for more!

Free for anyone with a valid Sport & Rec membership, but registration is required.
(All U of T students who have paid athletic incidental fees are automatically members!)
