Join MoveU, Health and Wellness and UTSU at lunch hour to cook a delicious meal!

At this event, participants will learn to cook up a batch of vegan, gluten-free chili, while learning nutritional information from a Health and Wellness registered dietician. Optional toppings such as cheese and avocado will also be provided. Participants will get a chance to engage in some games to facilitate discussion and connect with one another. Once the chili is cooked, we'll all sit down to enjoy our meal.

This event is open (and free) for all UofT St. George Students and all cooking skill levels are welcomed. Spots are limited so make sure to sign up when registration opens on November 1. We look forward to seeing you all there!
