This event is a collaborative discussion on mental health between the West Indian Student Association (WISA), the Organization of Latin American Students (OLAS) and, U of T Sport & Rec's Diversity & Equity Team. This session will focus on the experiences of West Indian, African, and Latinx diaspora students at the University of Toronto, but all BIPOC allies and experiences are welcome. Building from experiences within these particular communities, students will come together to unpack various aspects of mental health and share different coping strategies. This conversation will also include how physical wellbeing, community, and culture contribute to overall mental wellness.

The Blackboard Collab event link will be shared the day before the event. No app is needed to access - just your web browser and the link!
