This workshop is a movement for self-love, self-care, and support by and from the BIPOC sisterhood. Using Kettlebells for everyBODY, this introductory session is for all experience levels to embrace community connection and re-enforce your Kettlebell Basics, while exploring some unconventional kettlebell lifts sprinkled in. Whether it is your first time picking up a bell, or you are a seasoned pro, you can find joy in your movement practice here.

This event is open to women-identifying BIPOC U of T students, staff and faculty only (all body shapes and sizes welcome). We ask that individuals who do not identify as Black, Indigenous, or People of Colour reserve this space for those who do.
