Functional Muscle Camp

Building muscle is essential for overall health and wellness; muscle plays a big role in metabolic health, bone strength and body weight control. This practical camp will focus on the basic training and planning of muscle building. Various training methodologies including high intensity training will be utilized to achieve the best results. This is an active class. A qualified personal trainer will design the workouts and the class will be small enough to provide individual supervision, tips, guidance and advice as needed. All levels welcome!
