Our Athletic & Academic Excellence orientation days for youth sports teams are aimed to expose aspiring student-athletes to a university high-performance academic and training environment.
These exposure days are an introduction to the demands of physical and mental development and recovery for high performance sport and academics.
Orientation itineraries may include sessions around strength & conditioning training, nutrition, mental skills, mindfulness, relaxation, and academics.
