During lane swims, please following the swim patterns indicated below for each scenario.
Please remember:
- The speed of the lane is relative to the swimmers in the lane
- Swim in a circular loop, following the pattern as outlined on the lane swim signs

Swim up the centre, towards diving boards/deep end

Swim down the sides, beside the lane ropes, towards shallow end (displayed below and pool-side)
Resting:
- Simultaneous resting in double-lane
