Verbal abuse and other forms of emotional abuse are too often used as tools to motivate athletes. Gretchen Kerr, professor and dean at KPE, and Erin Willson, a PhD student and former Olympian, recently discussed their research into the matter with Radio Canada's Dominique Forget for the Découverte show.
