Up and Running Cross Country Sessions

AGES 8 - 12

The up and running cross country training camp will provide an opportunity for guidance in training before the season officially begins. A focus on all aspects that enhance your running, such as nutrition, race tactics, and strength training. Enjoy running games and workouts, learn proper warm up and technique, stretching and running drills. This program is open to runners of all abilities.
