About Jyoti
Jyoti completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Waterloo in 2018 with a BSc in Kinesiology with a Minor in Rehabilitation Sciences. She then received her Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto in 2020. Since graduation, Jyoti has primarily focused on sport, working in local and elite level hockey, basketball, volleyball, and ultimate frisbee.
Jyoti has completed various courses including Integrated Dry Needling, Sport First Responder, Advanced Movement Therapist (Level 1 and 2), Introductory Acupuncture, Graston Technique, Return to Sport: A Complete Guide. Jyoti is a member of Sport Physiotherapy Canada and is pursuing her Sport Physiotherapy Certificate. Jyoti is actively working towards her FCAMPT designation, having completed her Level 3 courses.
Outside of the clinic, Jyoti enjoys cycling, playing soccer and basketball, and trying new coffee shops and restos in the city.
