Move With Culture: Afro-Caribbean Dance Workshop

A fun virtual all-levels Afro-Caribbean dance workshop that incorporates the high energy and intoxicating dance movements from Caribbean culture to dancehall and soca music. This workshop will focus on learning the fundamentals through drills, breathing, and choreography that will feed your mind, body, and soul.

Please note this workshop will take place online, you will receive a zoom video link the day of the workshop. 

This workshop is led by Kay-Ann Ward. Kay-Ann is a dancer, fitness instructor, choreographer, movement and embodiment coach. With over 10 years of experience, she is known for her creativity, energy, authenticity, and the welcoming space she creates for others to flourish. She created the UnRuly Gyal program out the need to provide a fun and safe space for women to dance to dancehall and soca. She has also performed on stages with top musicians, and coached many dancers, performers, helping them to awaken and ignite their full expression and performance abilities.
