We often think about food as fuel for our workouts. But what effect does physical activity have on the way the body processes the food we eat?

Join us on March 5, 2019 for a free public symposium, where leading experts from the Faculty of Kinesiology and Physical Education will discuss the relationship between physical activity and nutrition -- and translate their research insights into practical strategies that you can use to improve your health.

Open to: adults of all ages and fitness levels, health and wellness practitioners, researchers, colleagues, students, athletes and friends

We encourage you to join the conversation and engage via Twitter, using the symposium's official hashtag: #UofTOptimizingNutrition
