Andrea has been working in the field of athletic therapy for over 20 years. Andrea graduated from the University of Ottawa with a bachelor of science degree in human kinetics and went on to specialize in athletic therapy at York University. She gained her athletic therapist certification through the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association, and has continued to build her skill set in areas such as muscle energy, myofascial release, Mulligan techniques, postpartum health, articular pumping, and Stott Pilates instruction as well as manual therapy courses. Andrea is a current First Responder instructor for the Canadian Red Cross. Andrea has participated in many major games as a member of the Canadian Health Services Team including the 2016 Rio and the 2012 London Olympics, the 2014 Commonwealth Games and the 1999, 2003 and 2015 Pan American Games. Andrea currently travels as team therapist for the Canadian diving team.
