Summer memberships are valid from May 1 - August 31, 2019. Memberships purchased after May 1 will be prorated.
Membership in our facilities includes access to the Athletic Centre, Goldring Centre for High Performance Sport and Varsity Centre. A range of activities and facilities are available, including strength and conditioning spaces, cardio machines, a 200 m indoor track and 400 m outdoor track, steam rooms, recreational court reservations for badminton, tennis, squash and table tennis and more!

Our summer personal training packages are available to both new and existing members.
All sessions must be completed by August 31, 2019.
Each session in the summer personal training package lasts 45 minutes.
You must have a valid Sport & Rec membership in order to purchase a package. There is a maximum of 2 packages per person.
