Researchers from the University of Toronto are looking for parents and children to participate in a new, innovated program targeting movement and social-emotional skills in children!
What your participation will involve:
- Attend 10 weekly 1-hr sessions with your child. Each session will involve practicing different movement skills (i.e. throwing, catching, balancing) and playing social-emotional games (i.e. learning how to identify feelings)
- Sessions will take place at 55 Harbord St. from 9-10am on Saturdays beginning February 16th, 2019
- Attend two, 1.5-hr study appointments (one before the program and one after) where you will fill out surveys and your child will play some fun games with a trained researcher. You will receive $20 for each appointment.
To be eligible:
You must have a child who is 3-4 years old and willing to participate in the program with them.
